Directions to New York University

The tutorials and workshops will be held at Warren Weaver Hall, which is on the South East corner of West 4th Street and Mercer Street (walk East from the South end of Washington Square park for two short blocks); the entrance in on Mercer Street. The address is 251 Mercer St.

Subway Directions

  • 6 Local (Green Line) to Astor Place. Walk west on Astor Place to Broadway, then south on Broadway to Waverly Place and west on Waverly Place to Washington Square.

  • N or R Local (Yellow Line) to 8th St.- NYU Station. Walk south on Broadway to Waverly Place, then west on Waverly Place to Washington Square.

  • A, B, C, D, E, F, or V Local or Express (Blue and Orange Lines) to West 4th St.-Washington Square Station. Walk east on West 4th St. or Waverly Place to Washington Square.

  • 1 Local (Red Line) to Christopher Street-Sheridan Square Station. Walk east on West 4th Street to Washington Square.

To go between The New Yorker Hotel and NYU, the A,C,E (Blue Line) trains are the most convenient. The New Yorker Hotel is located nearest the 34 St.-Penn Station stop on the A,C,E (Blue) Line.
