STOC 2025 Online Poster Session

We warmly welcome all remote attendees to the poster session, regardless of whether they are presenting a poster.

Format of the Poster Session:

This event will be an analogue of an in-person poster session. Each presenter will have their own spot in a virtual "room" on Gather.Town. Attendees can freely walk around this room to browse any posters they like, and interact with the presenters in the vicinity of their poster.

The poster session is divided into two slots. Slot A will be held from 18:00 - 18:30 and Slot B will be from 18:30 - 19:00. Presenters are expected to be at their posters during their assigned slot, but are welcome to interact with the posters and their presenters during the other slot.

Map Organisation:

Each slot will take place in separate rooms (A and B) connected by a main corridor. Mini-maps will be available in the corridor, and within each room to help attendees locate individual posters easily. The rooms will remain open beyond 19:00 CEST, and we encourage attendees to use it for further discussions and conversations, with any available presenters.
