Registration Fees
Conference registration includes all the sessions, tutorials, workshops, and the business meeting, from Monday, June 19 through Friday, June 23. It also includes the reception on Monday, daily continental breakfast, refreshments during session breaks, as well as during the evening poster sessions and business meeting.
The price for registration is the same whether or not you attend the tutorials on Monday, June 19, or workshops on Friday, June 23. (We will ask you a non-binding question about what tutorials/workshops you are likely to attend to help us with scheduling.)
The lunch break on Friday, June 23 is only one hour; so, for the convenience of attendees, we offer a lunch box at the extra price of $15 US ($20 CDN). This option can be chosen in the registration page.

Conference Registration
Early registration ends Thursday, May 21, 2017. After this, the higher registration fees will apply. Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Note that after registering, you can return to the registration page and update your registration information or cancel your registration.
Since the conference expenses will largely be in Canadian dollars, if you do not have a US dollar account, the conference will save on currency exchange fees if you select the Canadian dollar link for registration, which is based on $1 CAN ≈ $0.75 US.
