The conference location is the OREA Hotel Pyramida.

Reservations

We have reserved a block of 100 rooms in the conference hotel. You can reserve a room in the hotel for the conference price (approx. €132/per night) using the following link:

The conference rate is valid also 3 days before the conference and 3 days after the conference. The reservation must be done before May 23rd, 2025 to get the conference rate. After this date the conference rate will not be available. The conference rate also might become unavailable once the block of rooms is fully booked if that happens before May 23rd, 2025.

Data protection notice: The hotel will provide the list of participants using the conference rate to the conference organizers.
