Registration Fees
Conference registration includes all the sessions as well as a reception on Saturday evening May 30, the business meeting, and lunches and refreshment at breaks from Sunday, May 31 through Tuesday, June 2. All prices are in US dollars.

Conference Registration
Early registration ends Tue, Apr 28, 2009. After this the higher registration fees will apply. Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Note that after registering, you can return to the registration page and update your registration information or cancel your registration.
