The Twenty-eighth Annual ACM Symposium on Theory of Computing (STOC), sponsored by SIGACT (the ACM Special Interest Group on Algorithms and Computation Theory), will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, May 22-24, 1996, as part of the Federated Computing Research Conference (FCRC 96).

NOTE: Due to the death of Yizhak Rabin, electronic submissions have been extended to 5PM EST Friday, November 10. Hard copy delivered by or on that date will also be accepted.
